2026-2027 Scholarship Program 

RCASI is pleased to announce that the next scholarship program will launch in the fall of 2026.  Stay Tuned!

The program is open to the children of first responders (PD, FD, and EMS) who are graduating and plan to attend college, and meet all of the program requirements.

Remembering “Joey”

The Joey Comunale Youth Scholarship memorializes Joseph “Joey” Comunale who we lost on November 13, 2016.  Joey was 26 when he was senselessly murdered.  Joey was involved in the security and life safety industry and part of the local association that renamed the program to recognize Joey.  Joey’s memory lives on thru his friends, family, and this wonderful program.
